Quantum Bully Kennelz is a small, responsible American Bully breeding program focused on producing quality dogs and placing them in appropriate homes.
Every puppy placement is handled individually. Registration, breeding rights, health terms, and any spay/neuter requirements are clearly disclosed before purchase and documented in our Puppy Purchase Agreement.
We believe buyers should understand exactly what they are purchasing before placing a deposit.
A $500 reservation deposit is required to reserve a specific available puppy once the buyer has been approved by Quantum Bully Kennelz.
The deposit is applied toward the puppy's total purchase price.
Once Quantum Bully Kennelz accepts the buyer and removes a specific puppy from availability, the deposit is generally non-refundable if the buyer chooses not to complete the purchase.
At our discretion, a deposit may be transferred one time to another available puppy or future litter.
If Quantum Bully Kennelz is unable to complete the sale of the reserved puppy, the buyer may choose either a refund of the deposit or transfer of the deposit toward another available or future Quantum puppy.
Final payment must be received before the puppy leaves Quantum Bully Kennelz unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quantum puppies may be offered under one of two purchase classifications:
PET HOME ONLY — NO BREEDING RIGHTS
or
FULL BREEDING RIGHTS — BY APPROVAL
Breeding rights are never assumed simply because a puppy is registered.
Puppies sold Pet Home Only may not be intentionally bred, used as a stud or breeding female, or used for semen collection, artificial insemination, embryo transfer, or other reproductive purposes.
Full Breeding Rights are offered selectively and must be specifically stated in the signed Puppy Purchase Agreement.
Puppies sold as Pet Home Only must be spayed or neutered by 18 months of age, unless a licensed veterinarian recommends postponement for medical reasons.
If postponement is medically advised, the buyer must provide written veterinary documentation and comply with the veterinarian's recommended timeline.
Pet Home Only dogs may not be bred at any time before sterilization, including during any veterinarian-approved delay.
Proof of completed spay or neuter must be provided to Quantum Bully Kennelz within 14 days of the procedure.
Failure to provide the required proof after notice from Quantum Bully Kennelz may constitute a violation of the signed Puppy Purchase Agreement.
Every Quantum puppy will be permanently identified by microchip.
The buyer will receive the puppy's microchip number for veterinary care, licensing, insurance, travel, recovery, and permanent identification.
Where permitted by the microchip registry, Quantum Bully Kennelz may remain listed as the breeder, secondary contact, alternate contact, or emergency contact.
Remaining listed as an emergency or breeder contact does not mean Quantum Bully Kennelz retains ownership of a puppy after a completed sale.
Our purpose is simple: if a Quantum dog is ever lost, surrendered, or found without its owner, we want another path available to help that dog get home safely.
Registration availability depends upon the individual puppy, its parents, and the requirements of the applicable registry.
Quantum Bully Kennelz currently works with dogs registered through ABKC, UKC, and ABR.
Not every Quantum puppy will necessarily qualify for every registry.
The registration provided with each puppy will be clearly identified before purchase and in the signed Puppy Purchase Agreement.
Puppies sold Pet Home Only may be designated PET HOME ONLY / NO BREEDING RIGHTS where applicable under ABKC procedures.
Registration documents will be handled according to the applicable registry's procedures and the breeding rights purchased with the puppy.
Registration paperwork does not independently override a Pet Home Only restriction contained in the signed Quantum Bully Kennelz Puppy Purchase Agreement.
Dreah Jameau is ABR registered. Puppies produced from Dreah are not represented as ABKC or UKC registered unless eligibility for that specific litter has been established and expressly disclosed by Quantum Bully Kennelz.
Quantum Bully Kennelz provides a 24-Month Congenital & Hereditary Health Guarantee covering qualifying serious congenital or hereditary conditions that materially affect the dog's health or normal quality of life.
This guarantee is separate from the buyer's responsibility to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 calendar days of taking possession.
A claim under the 24-Month Health Guarantee requires written diagnosis and supporting medical records from a licensed veterinarian. Quantum Bully Kennelz reserves the right to obtain a second veterinary opinion.
If a qualifying claim is approved, the buyer will receive a non-transferable purchase credit up to the original purchase price of the puppy toward a future available Quantum Bully Kennelz puppy.
The credit is not limited to the same sire, dam, bloodline, or repeat breeding.
The credit does not include veterinary expenses, transportation expenses, optional services, or other costs beyond the puppy's original purchase price.
*The buyer is not required to surrender or euthanize the affected dog solely to receive an approved health-guarantee credit.
No Quantum puppy will permanently leave for its new home before the minimum age permitted by Massachusetts law, and Quantum Bully Kennelz may establish a later pickup date based upon the puppy's development, health, veterinary care, or travel requirements.
Massachusetts currently prohibits permanent sale or transfer of a dog or cat younger than eight weeks.
Transportation, flight nanny, shipping, health certificates, crates, and related travel expenses are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a Quantum owner can no longer keep their dog, we ask that Quantum Bully Kennelz be contacted before the dog is sold, given away, surrendered, or permanently rehomed whenever reasonably possible.
Depending upon the circumstances, we may accept return of the dog, assist in locating an appropriate home, or help evaluate a proposed placement.
Our goal is to help prevent a Quantum dog from unnecessarily entering a shelter or inappropriate home.

Yes. Puppies are microchipped for permanent identification before placement. Quantum Bully Kennelz may remain listed as a secondary or emergency contact where permitted by the microchip registry.

For an approved qualifying congenital or hereditary condition, Quantum provides a purchase credit of up to the puppy's original purchase price toward a future available Quantum puppy. Full terms and exclusions are contained in the signed Puppy Purchase Agreement.
No. An approved health claim does not require the buyer to surrender or euthanize the affected dog solely to receive the purchase credit.
Contact Quantum Bully Kennelz before permanently rehoming or surrendering the dog whenever possible. We may be able to accept the dog back, assist with placement, or help find another responsible solution.
